Hi, my name is Ellie, and I am an 18-year-old with a heart that has been called by God to serve on a mission trip for as long as I can remember. Today, I am beyond grateful to share that this lifelong prayer is finally being answered — I have been given the opportunity to travel internationally this July as part of a Christian mission trip, and I am humbly and excitedly reaching out for your support.

For years, I have prayed over this, trusted God with this, and believed that one day He would open the door. That door is now open, and I am stepping through it in faith. This trip will take me to a community of people who need to experience the love and hope of Jesus Christ, and I feel with everything in me that God has called me to be one of the people who brings it to them. I do not take that lightly, and I am going into this with a heart fully surrendered to whatever He has planned.

As a young person who is 18 years old and funding this journey entirely on my own, the financial side of this has been one of the biggest challenges. The total cost of the trip is $2,000, which covers travel, accommodations, and all mission-related expenses. Every single dollar raised goes directly toward making this trip possible and allowing me to serve in the mission field for the very first time. I have worked hard and done everything I can on my end, and now I am trusting God to provide the rest through the generosity of people like you.

I want to be very clear — no one should ever feel obligated to give. If you are not in a position to contribute financially, I completely understand, and your prayers mean just as much to me as any donation ever could. But if you do feel led to give, whether it is $5 or $500, please know that it will be received with so much gratitude and that it will make a very real and tangible difference in whether or not I am able to go on this trip.

This is not just a trip to me. This is a moment I have been believing God for since I was young. This is years of prayer finally turning into action. This is me saying yes to God's call on my life and trusting that He will provide every step of the way. I believe He has placed this opportunity in front of me for a reason, and I believe He will use it in ways that are beyond anything I could plan or imagine.
