Answering the Call: A Mission Trip to Israel

I’m preparing for a mission trip to Israel this February, an opportunity that has come together through a series of meaningful moments, confirmations, and conversations that I can’t ignore. As this journey has unfolded, I’ve felt a growing sense of purpose and surrender as I step forward with humility, trust, and hope.

Here I Am, Lord. Send Me.

Isaiah 6:8

My heart keeps returning to this verse as I prepare for a mission trip to Israel this February. What began as a quiet stirring has become a clear, holy invitation, one I believe the Lord has been preparing me for my entire life.

I am married to the love of my life, a man God brought into my world in a truly supernatural way. Together we are raising two precious sons, ages two years and five months. I have the privilege of being home with them, stewarding this sacred season. After years of praying for a Spirit-filled church, our family recently found Pursuit NW, and it already feels like home. We are eager to serve both within and beyond its walls.

My Story

My journey with Jesus began early. My earthly father loves Christ deeply, and as a little girl I knew I belonged to Him. I even believed my hometown of Bellingham was Bethlehem, imagining a connection to the place where Jesus was born. From the very beginning, my heart was captured by the Lover of my soul.

When I was nineteen, my mother tragically passed away. Though our relationship had been complicated due to ongoing struggles, losing her so young left me with deep grief and unanswered questions. Not long after her death, I encountered the Holy Spirit alone in my bedroom. A wave of heat washed over me, and I wept under the unmistakable presence of God. I knew it was Him.

I was baptized soon after, but without spiritual grounding I wandered into a wilderness, searching for identity and worth in places that could never satisfy. Even then, the Lord’s mercy never left me.

In 2016, I felt prompted to visit Abundant Life Church in Bellingham. The pastor spoke prophetically into my life without knowing me, and it marked me deeply. Jesus had never stopped pursuing my heart.

After 2020, that pursuit intensified. In 2021, I met my husband, and the following year we married. My hunger for the Lord grew, and conferences such as The Finding, with speakers Randy Clark and Heidi Baker, became catalytic moments of transformation.

The Call to Israel

After the most recent The Finding conference, I asked the Lord what He had for me next. The very next day, an invitation appeared for the Made for More Challenge through Global Celebration School of Supernatural Ministry, with an opportunity to enroll in the school. I prayed, sought counsel from my husband, and said yes. Since then, my walk with Jesus has deepened beyond anything I could have imagined.

This journey has led me to Israel.

At the Supernatural Living Conference in San Diego, the Lord confirmed this calling again and again. On the first night, a man prayed over me and declared, “You will go to the nations.” Then, through translation, he said, “You are entering the Lord’s Holy Mountain.” It felt like a Moses at the burning bush moment, an invitation into holy ground.

On the final morning of the conference, a woman prayed for me and said, “I see you going to the nations, specifically Israel.” Later that same day, I found myself in the exact room where Global Celebration was sharing about their mission trips, with the next trip going to the Holy Land. When the question was asked, “Who feels called to go?” I leapt to my feet with both hands raised, hearing Isaiah 6:8 echo in my spirit.

“All the Lord needs is your yes,” Georgian, co-founder of Global Celebration, said. “He will take care of the details.”

By the end of the conference, prayer after prayer confirmed the call. In the final fire tunnel, a pastor placed his hand on my head and declared, “I see a green stamp in your passport.” I stood in awe of God’s faithfulness.

Since then, the Lord has continued to provide, confirming childcare, strengthening my husband’s encouragement, and supplying the exact $500 needed to secure my place on the team.

Why I’m Going

The Lord has been teaching me that prophecy is an invitation into obedience, not an obligation. I believe He has something for me to receive in Israel and something to release. My heart’s desire is simple. To pour out the Father’s love everywhere He sends me.

During this trip, our team will spend time serving and loving those who have been deeply impacted by conflict, including widows, vulnerable women and children, and individuals affected by ongoing conflict and service. We will be offering prayer, encouragement, and compassionate presence wherever we are invited.

Financial Details

The total cost of this mission trip is $7,000. This includes airfare, lodging, meals, ground transportation, ministry outreach expenses, team training, and administrative costs through Global Celebration.

I have already paid the $500 deposit, and I am trusting the Lord for provision of the remaining balance.

How You Can Partner

If you feel led to partner with me through prayer or financial support, please know that your generosity will have eternal impact. Every gift, no matter the amount, is a seed into what God is doing, not only in me, but through me.

Thank you for standing with me in faith, obedience, and love. I am deeply grateful.
