ANSWERED PRAYERS FOR BRYLEIGH BROCHARD
Donation protected
Bryleigh is an 11-year-old girl from Vancleave, MS. She began experiencing episodes of tachycardia, fainting, and extreme exhaustion at the age of 9. Bryleigh has traveled to many hospitals across the US trying to find answers, but as of today, she is still looking. She has seen multiple specialists in the area of cardiology, rheumatology, neurology, and endocrinology. She has traveled to Children's Hospital in Jackson, MS; Womens and Children in Mobile, Al; St. Jude in Memphis, TN; MD Anderson in Houston, TX; and Oschners in New Orleans, LA. Bryleigh has a resting heartbeat of 120-140 bpm which limits her physical activity of a normal 11-year-old. Her endocrinologist has noted there to be indications of a pheochromocytoma (tumor), but no one has been able to locate it. She has been diagnosed with postural orthostatic tachycardia (POTS), mast cell disorder, hypermobility, and GI dysmotility/delayed gastric emptying. Although these diagnoses are related, none of them explain tachycardia. For the past two years, Bryliegh has been in a doctor's office every week for tests and blood work. A few weeks ago we received some promising news. Bryleigh has been accepted as a patient at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. There's only one setback. Bryleigh's family needs help getting there. Her stay will be a minimum of one week and depending on the results, much longer. She also leaves behind several medical expenses already incurred. After speaking to the physicians and Bryleighs team of researchers, we are excited about this trip and are looking forward to answered prayers, A DIAGNOSIS and CURE! Please consider helping Bryleigh win her battle and answer her prayers. All funds raised will go towards Bryleigh's medical expenses.
