Donald is a son, father, grandfather, and a very special brother! He has dedicated his adult life to being a full-time caretaker for his mother. However, he suffers with epilepsy and has chronic seizures. Despite ongoing medication, on April 9, 2021, he suffered a Grand Mal seizure.

The hardworking paramedics were able to revive him upon their arrival, but he was without oxygen for 30 minutes which has caused an Anoxic Brain Injury.

But Donald is a fighter!

He is showing great progress and his family will not give up on him. But we need help to get Donald to the next phase of his treatment. There is a specialty institution TIRR Memorial Hermann located in Houston Texas. This facility has experts who specialize in treatment for individuals with Donald's condition.
