She was murdered on Rosecrans Avenue and Acacia Avenue
- by two street racers in separate cars. Both plummeted into her car as she was waiting in the turn lane for the light to turn green. The vehicle was hit so hard it traveled 300 feet and stopped in front of a catholic book store. The owners prayed over Megan’s body as she died.
Megan and I had gone out to a best friends kids birthday pool party earlier that evening. Megan thought she left her credit card at home and went to retrieve it. She was hit just a few blocks away from our home.
