Another makeover for Stacey's heart
Donation protected

My friend, Stacey, is a lot of things to many people. She is a loving and dedicated mother of two, a sister, a daughter, an aunt and a friend to many. She's been a nurse taking care of others for 16 years.
Stacey's medical problems started when she was just 10 years old with cancer. She did beat that but all of the radiation they did on her chest has wreaked havoc on her heart and lungs the last few years. She had her first heart attack at age 34. Then in 2019, she had open heart surgery to remove a tumor from the left side of her heart, a coronary artery bypass and tricuspid valve repair.
She was home for eight weeks recovering and went back to work. She was only back to work for two weeks and had a hemorrhagic stroke.
After her heart surgery, she never really covered and was tired and short of breath most of the time. She saw a cardiothoracic surgeon finally in January 2021 who did surgery to remove fluid from her lung and take down all of the scar tissue that was stuck to her rib cage. She was out of work for another five weeks.
While her breathing got better, it still wasn't good. She went back to see a new Cardiologist who did a procedure and found a large tumor in the right side of her heart that is floating in and out of her tricuspid valve with every heart beat. Her tricuspid valve now needs replaced as well.
We know that Stacey lost her husband, Jesse, in 2014 and is all her kids have left. She has struggled and tried to stay strong, but the stress of it all is finally getting to her.
I know Stacey is too proud to ask for help as she is the one that likes to be doing the helping, but I am asking for any financial support you could offer. She will be headed to Houston, Texas, to see one of the top cardiac tumor specialists in the world. Stacey has a loving heart, it just needs some work. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
