Another Chance at Survival and a Bright Future

Donation protected

There comes a time in life where you do not realize just how valuable family is to you. My time has finally arrived, but at a time where time itself is running so short. I appreciated my family far less than what I should have, and within the past ten hours, I have been contemplating in anxiety and praying for the best.

My father has recently gotten into a freak car accident. The sun glare was too bright for him to see, and by the time he crossed the red light and slammed on the break, it was too late. He now suffers from a broken ankle, broken ribs, a broken sternum, internal bleeding, and shock trauma. I am writing this within the hours after this horrific accident that has left me with mixed feelings.

But this issue extends into a much broader horizon. Over the past week, we have had two car accidents that left cars totaled, and an unfortunate string of bad luck. Over the years, money has been so scarce for us that my own mother works two jobs and rarely spends time with me because of it. I know how much it stresses her, and it stresses me knowing that I do not have the power to make a difference. The bills stack up, and we are trying our best.

I am not one to demand that the funds should be delivered ASAP. I will be happy to receive any funds at all, as any amount matters. The support will mean bountiful amounts of happiness to not only me, but for my family. We all will be happy to share our wonderful experience knowing that people are there for us, whether it be strangers or family alike.

I have yet to say this to my father, but I love him dearly. He will not be okay when he arrives home, and I will have to take care of him because I am the only one around. I cannot do this on my own, especially when I know my father will be emotionally and mentally stricken with grief. The funds that will be used will be prioritized for my father, and the overall stress relief for my family as a whole. I dedicate this fundraiser to a brighter and happier future. I dedicate this fundraiser to my father. But most of all, I dedicate my fundraiser to the everlasting bond that should be cherished the most--family.
