Hi all!
I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Cervical Cancer during a routine screening Pap smear in February 2023. January 2024 it had progressed to stage 4b and had now metastasized in my lungs. I’m not giving up and I thank you all for your support and not giving up on me either. I have worked and gone to school full time this past year. Up until stage 4 my cancer had been all out of pocket and not covered by my insurance due to my desire to preserve my fertility and not elect for a hysterectomy - because of this my insurance deemed my treatment as elective healthcare.
Update December 2024:
I am grateful beyond words to my work family at Reach / Global Medical Response and Club Pilates for their support and love during this hardship. I am extremely humbled by the love I’ve received from friends, family, chosen family and my community. From Stage 1 to 4b, being put on hospice, losing my daughter, I am proud to announce my Cancer is now in remission and there is still a hope for future fertility. In total I had 9 surgeries, 8 rounds of radiation and 6 rounds of chemo. I am extremely lucky and blessed. Thank you to my care team at UCD and for the opportunity to be apart of the trial that forever changed my life. Thank you to my fellow cancer fighters who have helped me through this process - I am forever grateful. I will keep this fundraiser open as I continue to work hard to pay off my medical debt. Any and all help or warm wishes greatly appreciated.

Love you all to pieces - I am forever grateful to each and every one of you.
