Our rescue turns 5 years old this month. As much as Amy and I love what we do, everything has become even more expensive year after year. Our tax returns tell us that since founding, we are 90% self-funded. Vet bills alone for 2024 totaled $9200. The extension to fence the lower paddock, the new deck enclosure and the air conditioned doghouse ran over $25,000. Food and medicine averages $800 a month.

My injury last year took me out of work for 6 months and incurred truly hideous and still ongoing medical fees. We want to continue to rescue dogs in need, but we need your help. We only run one fundraiser a year, and this is it! If you can chip in even $5, everything helps.
