HELLO, we are now changing this fundraiser toa plea for help. we lost our home about 6 months ago along with the means for keeping a place for about 4 months. We are going day to day at a motel in ElmsfordNY and in need of help. we are looking for a new apt. between 2000 and 2550 a month. we have secured funds through social services to pay first, last and fees with a signed lease.

Right now because of our credit situation and lack of savings we are constantly told no for apts. we could afford. Our credit is bad and a bankruptcy, but is discharged and we are working. Averaging a yearly income of about 79,000. I have constant social security coming in and we get disability for our autistic son and our oldest is working at night.

Not an elegant story but the truth and we need help. I am humiliating myself now asking for help. I always imanged something different when I retired. But I wa forced due to my heart surgery and ailments. I retired upon doctors reccomendation.
