In June 2027, Trevor McLaughlin will once again set out on an extraordinary journey — cycling across Canada to raise awareness for men’s mental health.
This will mark Trevor’s second ride across Canada. In 2013, he completed the cross-country journey in just 34 cycling days to raise awareness for Parkinson’s disease — a powerful demonstration of endurance, purpose, and heart.
Now, more than a decade later, he is taking on this challenge again — not just as a test of physical strength, but as a mission to spark conversation around an issue that affects so many men in silence.
Men’s mental health remains one of the most overlooked and under-discussed health challenges today. Too often, men feel pressure to suffer quietly, to avoid asking for help, or to carry burdens alone. Through this ride, Trevor hopes to break that silence — to start conversations in communities across the country, and to remind men that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Funds raised through this campaign will go toward mental health awareness initiatives, expenses along the way to ensure the ride is a success, community outreach, and organizations dedicated to supporting men and their families.
Every kilometre pedaled represents resilience. Every donation represents hope. And every share helps spread a message that could save a life.
Thank you for supporting this journey and for standing with us in raising awareness for men’s mental health.
