Anniesthesia's Surgery Costs
Donation protected
Im sorry if this isnt masterfully composed, as im writing this while emotions are high. My mow Annie rapidly got very ill. A mass grew almost overnight in her jaw and grew into her throat. The pressure from the mass causes the nerves to pinch in her eyes- making some mornings hard for her to keep her eyes equally dilated. Shes having trouble breathing when it gets bad.
We brought her to the vet ASAP and got it aspirated so that the growing fluids would let her breath properly while the Drs ran further tests to understand what was going on.
As I am writing this, it will have been the 4th visit to the emergency clinic shes been to...and the bills are adding up faster than I can keep up.
Today we found out shes got a blocked salivary duct but they cannot operate on it because it is 2 close to the major artery. The Dr wants to remove the ENTIRE gland.
However as they were running the CT scans they also found that the lymph nodes in her armpit and face were inflamed and showing up on the scans when they shouldnt. So, they cannot operate on the gland until after they are certain it isnt cancer of a sorts.
The visit where she just got her scans almost cost us 3K alone. I have no idea how much the cost of removing the entire gland will run us - but i imagine it will be more than this one.
If there is anything I personally can help with, be it graphic design, drawings etc please do not hesitate to contact me. I would do anything in this world to make sure my cat gets the medical care she needs, and quickly so she isnt suffering.
