Annie's Journey: From Injury to Recovery

Hello, my name is Aimee Mootz and I am writing this on behalf of my daughter, Annie McBain. She currently lives in Stamford, Connecticut, where she grew up, and the cost of living is extremely high. She has suffered a serious neck injury in her C1 spine and is unable to work for 3 to 6 months. She has been a single mother for 16 years and has worked regularly as a nanny, taking care of others' children as well as her own. Her insurance has covered medical bills, but she is at risk of being evicted from her home with her two sons, 14 and 16 years old. I have already sent money, as have a few of my family members, but it is not enough to cover all living expenses for her healing journey. The boys have been doing wonderfully in school, and it would be a shame for them to be interrupted in the last semester. Any amount that you can share with her family would be so greatly appreciated, and if not, please send some prayers up for her and her children to make it through this trying time.
