Annie's first ever 10k race ❤️

The Shinfield 10k is a first for me, a year ago running up the stairs was a challenge!

Watching the other Shinfield runners last May, inspired me to download Couch to 5k.

9 weeks of Sarah Milican in my ear and I had the running bug, who would've thought I'd start running for fun, let alone 2/3X a week!

So here I am, a few weeks away from running the Shinfield 10k and thinking this would be a great opportunity to raise money for Dementia UK in loving memory of Ann Leah (nan).

As the company I work for will match the amount raised, an equal donation will be made to Bowel Cancer UK in loving memory of Don Leah (grandad).
