Three year old Annie Lynn Halls was recently diagnosed with Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis. After experiencing pain in her right leg and some sleepless nights, her mom took her to get testing done. Those tests lead to more investigation of what could be causing this pain. Doctors found a growth of cells under her knee that was putting pressure on her bones. After more testing to make sure the growth of these cells was nowhere else in her body, Annie's treatment has been to start with chemotherapy once a week for 6 weeks and then every 3 weeks for a year. This is something can come back after completing a year of treatment so she will need to be continually monitored. Annie has been so brave thus far. She has a journey ahead of her and we all are here to rally around her. If you know Kevin and Erika Halls, you know they are the most giving and selfless people.
