Annie & Tom’s story is one of love rediscovered and a shared dream to make a difference. After reuniting 50 years after they first dated, Annie and Tom—now in their early 70s and about-to-be married—are setting out on a global adventure together. Their journey is inspired by a deep passion for exploring the natural world, protecting endangered species and habitats, and helping end extreme poverty through purposeful volunteerism. From observing humpback whales in Bermuda and Rarotonga, caring for orphaned elephant calves in Kenya and trekking to see mountain gorillas in Uganda and Rwanda, to exploring tropical forests in Costa Rica, Panama and Guatemala, Annie & Tom are determined to experience the wonders of our planet and give back wherever they go. Their dream also includes traveling across all 50 United States and visiting every country in the British Commonwealth - all while living happily ever after.

The funds raised will help cover travel and living costs abroad, support their volunteer efforts and enable them to work closely with local field conservation and other community leaders. Annie & Tom are ready to assist with field research, help with local health care, fix homes and contribute wherever they are needed. Every donation brings them closer to making a positive impact and sharing their love with the world.
