In September, my mother Annette was unexpectedly diagnosed with an invasive type of cancer; Triple Negative Breast Cancer. This has shaken up not only my mother’s life, but our entire families, as well. As of October, she has begun chemotherapy and immunotherapy to fight this metastic cancer. In doing so, she has also had to take short term disability as her treatment has been hinderous to her normal lifestyle routine. Beginning January 1st, she will lose her health insurance through her workplace which will very negatively impact her well being and financially through the rest of her treatments. In correspondence, our family is reaching out to fellow friends and relatives for support through these difficult times, as she fights cancer and her financial struggles. We are thankful for all prayers, positive thoughts, and any help that can be given.
