We, the children of Annette are creating this page in hopes to help our Mother through a tremendous uphill climb she is going to have. If you know our mother Annette, you know what type of person she is. A few words to describe her would be: Loving Pure Selfless Fun Energetic And full of life... A short story about her that shows her true character; A month ago in Oceanside it was 41 degrees outside. Her and her husband were driving and noticed a homeless man with a short sleeve shirt, showing signs of being cold. Instead of continuing on with her day, she stopped and bought him clothing to keep him warm... that’s our mom. Everyone before her. Everyone eats before her. Everyone does everything before her. Pure Selflessness. On January 19th at 9:15am the tables turned a bit. Our mother was working at the place she loves to work, with her best friends baking! She was near the end of her shift when she felt funky and ultimately passed out. (The exact reason is still unknown) Upon suffering cardiac arrest, our mom lost precious time with little to no oxygen going to the brain. We are hopeful and continuously praying for her recovery through this ordeal. As you may know, being in ICU has significant damage to the body each day she is here... We are raising money to help her, not only pay for her hospital bills that she will accumulate, but her pure life rehabilitation and time missed from work that may be permanent.
