Anne-Marie Lorimer

Hi, my name is Duncan & I am fund-raising for Anne- Marie.

Anne was an amazing Human, an incredibly loyal friend, a loving wife & a devoted mother to her 6 blessed children.

Her life will be measured by the overflowing amount of love that she poured out to her kids & husband John.

Anne always made time for her children whether it was catching up for a coffee or the girls getting there nails done. Anne would always put her childrens needs ahead of her own then when we all got the most devastating news on December 22nd 2022 that Anne had Lakeamia our world was shattered but we remained positive & hopeful. She was immediately flown down to the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne. Her children got to see her just prior to beginning treatment which were precious memories of Anne before she started to get sick. In the weeks following, the Chemo started to take a toll on Annes body and she became increasingly sicker. I unfortunately did not get to see her again in person beyond that first visit but her oldest 4 chilren and her husband John got to see her again during this incredibly difficult time. In spite of everthing the hospital staff were trying for Anne her tired body simply could not go on anymore and at 9:00pm on 10th February 2023 heaven called on an Angel and we had to say goodbye. We want to give Anne the send off she deserves but finances are a struggle so I am asking for help, please, help that can take away the financial burden that comes with organising a funeral.
