Annelies's Funeral Fund
Donation protected
On 22/06/2019 my best friend and mother of my child Anneliese Astley lost her two year battle with Cancer, she was only 41 years old.
The illness took us all completely by surprise and unfortunately by the time Anneliese was diagnosed it was already too late for the doctor's to attempt to cure her. Anneliese was unable to carry on working and was also unable to continue looking after our daughter Alethea who has special needs.

Unfortunately as many of us don't at a young age, she had no life insurance, or had anything like a funeral plan and also did not have any assets. Despite Anneliese and myself splitting up when Alethea was very young we remained incredibly close friends and I was with her until the very end. She was very concerned about the cost of the funeral and of not being able to leave anything behind to pay for it or help with Alethea's future. I reassured her that I would do my best to make sure the funeral was covered and that she should not worry about Alethea's future.

We have so far covered a portion of the funeral cost, but as many of you are aware the cost of a funeral can keep rising and as yet I do not have all the money to cover everything. I don't like asking, but if any of her friends or family are able to donate anything towards the cost of the funeral and also towards a memorial where Alethea can go and lay flowers for years to come I would be very grateful.
Any money left over would be put towards Alethea's future and any of her needs.
Thank you
