Annalynn’s Road to Recovery

Donation protected
Annalynn is a kind hearted 7 year old girl who has been on seizure medication her entire life. After countless attempts to get her seizures under control, her doctors put her on a new medication which resulted in a life threatening reaction, Stevens Johnson syndrome. Her family took her to the doctor on Veterans Day after she began to have a rash. Her doctor stopped the new medication and put her on medication to help with the rash. Throughout the week, the rash continued to get worse, her face began to swell, and she had a fever. Her family took her to urgent care where they were turned away and told nothing was wrong. Her fever continued to raise, the skin around her mouth began to slough off, and her rash began to blister. Fearing for her daughter's life, her mother took her to the ER where she was soon transfered to the children's hospital. While in the children's hospital, she had the largest seizure of her life, her blisters began to pop and bleed. Fearing that her skin would shortly slough, Annalynn was transferred to a trauma medical center's burn unit and PICU due to an increased heartbeat. While she is now back in the burn unit, Annalynn will need continued care including wound care.

Annalynn and her family can use your support. Along with hefty medical bills, Annalynn's parents are not able to work as to stay with their precious daughter. They are not able to provide basic needs for their family of 5. Please feel it in your heart to help support this wonderful family in their time of need. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
