Our mother, Annabelle, has suffered from a life-altering crisis that risks the livelihood of her family and herself. On February 8, Annabelle had suffered a stroke and rushed to the hospital where she underwent surgery due to an aneurysm. She has gone through various trials in the last several weeks. The damage to her brain has left her with various ailments from blindness, speech impediments, memory loss, and the inability to walk. While she is taking therapy for many of these issues, we know there is a long and difficult road to recovery ahead for her.
Annabelle previously suffered a stroke several years back and made a hard-earned recovery from it. This was due to her vigor and determination. She did not want to remain in her troubled condition for she had a newborn granddaughter in her life to fight for. She made every effort to regain control of her body and was able to walk and recover much of her abilities over the years. Over the years, she recovered and spent her time being a loving and doting grandmother to 5 grandchildren and return her life to normal.
Annabelle and her husband, Armando, have done much to provide for their family and be there to support them. They care for their son Matthew Carlos, who is disabled and has Cerebral Palsy. With Annabelle's stroke, she will surely be without a job soon enough, as the last time, and so we have started this fundraiser to support her. The fundraiser is meant to cover costs such as:
- Medical bills and therapy
- Food and bills
- Assistance for Matthew's medical needs
We hope that you help and assist in any way. Even if you cannot donate, just sharing this fundraiser would be greatly appreciated. Our family greatly appreciates any and all support you can provide.
