Annabelle and Ophelia’s ride to help save the unicorn centre

My name is Amy and my daughter Annabelle who is five, and who is autistic has just started her RDA journey at the Unicorn Centre in Middlesbrough.

We are devastated to learn that the centre may close its doors at the end of the month and we want to join the many other parents, volunteers and staff to try to raise £100 000 to allow the charity to continue to provide the much needed support to children and adults with disabilities.

Annabelle and her pony bestie Ophelia plan to ride down the cinder track from Hawsker to Whitby on the 26th October 2025. Anything you can spare to help raise vital funds would be so appreciated. If the centre does have to close its doors, the funds raised altogether will go to an RDA centre locally.
