Anna Thelen has been dealing with immunity issues for 10 years, but it wasn’t until  recently that they has become severe and life-threatening. She has been diagnosed  with 3 different immune disorders: Stills disease, common variable immune deficiency,  and an antibody deficiency. She has been hospitalized 11 times in the last year. Half of  these hospitalizations have been due to sepsis which, if left untreated, can be fatal. In  the past three weeks, she has been in the ICU twice with high temps and dangerously  low blood pressure. Because of this inability to fight infections (Covid being the worst)  she cannot be around more than 3 people at a time. This means that she will be unable  to work outside the home until doctors can figure out how to improve her immunity. 5  years ago, Anna lost her only daughter to a rare genetic disorder. Less than 1 year later,  she found herself being a single mom for her son Gavin. This very rare disorder has  greatly affected her ability to support her and her son.  

Anna has spent the better part of her life caring for others. Now, she needs help for her  and Gavin.
