Hi, it’s Warren! I’ve set this go fund me up for my friend Anna. We was on a bus in Costa Rica going to the capital where we would stay the night and fly out of the airport next day. At the end of this bus ride, we found out someone had stolen Anna’s backpack which included her camera with all of her photos from the trip, her kindle with hundreds of books on it, her note pad with 2 years of journaling inside and most importantly… her passport.

This has meant Anna now had lost money on all her belongings in the bag, she’s lost money on her flight that she has now been forced to miss, she’s lost money on having to buy a new passport, she’s also lost money on having to stay in Costa Rica for 2 weeks, whilst she waits for a new passport, which is the most expensive place to stay in Latin America!

The images of the guy caught on CCTV is the thief who attempted to spend money on Anna’s bank card but by this point she had blocked it. I tried tracking him down in San Jose but had no luck! Police reports have been filed and they are still looking for him, apparently, but I don’t think they will have any luck either.
