My sister Ann Nickell had a medical emergency that caused her to have two emergency surgeries in 24 hours to try to save her foot. She had to have a fasciaotomy to try to save her left leg and foot. She has no insurance at this time and she will need several weeks of recovery in a facility, skin grafts, physical therapy, and other cares to get her through this traumatic event.
