Ann Morelock’s Myasthenia Gravis Recovery Fund
Donation protected
We are asking for help for our friend Ann. This hardworking hairstylist, mother and caregiver was diagnosed with a rare, debilitating neurological disease called Myasthenia Gravis one year ago. Over the course of a year, Ann has been hospitalized 7 times, each stay lasting 7 – 10 days. This has caused a significant amount of time missed at work. In addition, outside of the hospital has been a constant struggle because they have not yet found a treatment plan to put her disease into remission. Ann went from working full-time and supporting her family to not being able to work more than a couple of hours a week because she is too weak to take on a full workload.
This unexpected loss of wages has crushed her financially and at this point, she is no longer able to pay her medical bills, rent, car payment, utilities, or credit cards. She is currently receiving plasma transfusions at St. Anthony’s hospital. They will be doing a more intensive treatment schedule of plasma infusions and physical therapy over the next few months.
Ann needs time to heal and regain her strength, without having to worry and stress about mounting bills that have drained her savings account.
Your donations will be used to pay Ann’s bills so she can have time to recover in between treatments and physical therapy, with the goal of regaining her health and being able to work again.
This kind and generous girl would never ask for help so we are doing it for her.
Please donate if you can.
