Hello Friends and Family from the Domico/Burk family. After intensive testing, Ann (my mom) has been diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, a progressive disease that requires a lung transplant. As you can imagine, this carries emotional as well as financial difficulty. We all know not all costs are covered by health insurance. The procedure will be completed at Northwestern Hospital in Chicago. Her medical team requires that she lives within 50 miles of the hospital for three months after the transplant. Between meals, appointments, bills, prescriptions and living expenses, it will get tough, and we’re asking for your support. Please consider donating and please say a prayer for her as the next several months will be difficult.

When her transplant is complete, we will be hosting an open house party to celebrate Moms recovery. Thank you.
