On Thursday May 26, 2022 Ann (aka Alice) Ogilvie passed unexpectedly and peacefully in her home while sleeping.
She is survived by her son Michael McDowell (beneficiary of this fund), her relatives in Scotland and her River Family.
She was a genuine, no nonsense, caring, loving woman who touched our hearts in a soulful way that not many can. She had a kind and generous demeanor and could rarely be found without a smile on her face.
It was not uncommon to find her selling her wares in front of the Center for Sacred studies. Driven by a passion for creativity she always had her hand in some sort of jewelry, art, or crochet project.
SpongeBob and True Crime podcasts were her jam. There are many other things she will be remembered for and we all have our own special stories with her.
We in invite you to help celebrate her life and share those stories.
In honor of her appreciation and love for the cartoon, a SpongeBob themed Memorial will he held in the lower garden of River Lane on Saturday June 4th from 12-4 pm.

Any donation, even if it’s a dollar will go helping her family give her the memorial service she deserves.
If you prefer to contribute in person, Jars will be placed at the Center for Sacred studies and Kosmic Kloset.
