Ankle Biters Everywhere!

Years ago I saw need to rescue and give care to senior and disabled Chihuahuas who did not have a lot of options, or maybe no other options at all. Small dogs do not fare well in noisy shelters, they are very scared in a very noisy place. "Camp Chihuahua” went from being a little bit of humor to being a real thing. Heart issues. Kidney Disease. Cancer. Collapsed Trachea. Cushings Syndrome. Just some of the medical needs of the current family of chihuahuas. And sometimes it seems like everyone needs a dental at the same time. Vet care is getting more and more expensive, and keeping up with the needs of senior Chihuahuas is full of medical surprises. Ideally, the wonderful support and sales from The Cardologist covered these costs, but this is not as reliable a source of funding as it once was now post-Covid lockdown and the changed world order.
