Anjila has diagnosed with COVID 19 on July 2020.    The illness and recovery was difficult and her sick time was exhausted due to the initial illness.   Although she continued to not feel well she was able to return to work to work for a short period of time.  While at work she experienced a serious health event and was transported by ambulance to Mayo Health System on November  2020.    After extensive testing it has been determined she is experiencing serious long term health effects from COVID 19 that have dramatically altered her life and well being.  Anjila is currently using a wheelchair for mobility, is unable to drive or meet basic needs such as  grocery shopping, cleaning, and all daily tasks including her medical appointments,  etc.  She is unable to return to work and at this time it is undetermined when her health will improve.   She has exhausted all of her earned paid leave and remains out of work to this date.   As you can imagine, Anjila has financial responsibilities that need to be met to care for herself and her daughter.   She continues to see medical specialists.  Anjila is a proud, spunky, life loving lady on a normal day.  As such, her friends and family are reaching out to friends and co-workers thru go fund me to assist her thru this very difficult time.  This fund was created to assist with daily living expenses, medications,  frequent medical appointments and tests.
