In advance of Anita's celebration of life on 28 August the close family visited Green Acres Memorial Park, our wonderful venue for Anita's service. It is a wonderful location perfectly suited to Anita/Mum and her love of the outdoors.

Whilst on we were there, the Manager asked if we would be interested in a spot along the path in their Serenity Garden, a place of rest contained in a small garden within the forest. We swiftly fell in love with the Garden and feel it would be perfect for Anita and allow family & friends to pay her a visit and have a chat for years to come.

We are delighted to find a resting place that meets Anita's wishes to be laid to rest in Epping Forest, and allows family & friends the ease to visit whenever they wish. Unfortunately such beauty comes with a cost that is a little out of our price range.

We then remembered all the people who have asked if we would like flowers to be delivered or a donation to a charity, so thought why not attempt to raise some of the costs from family & friends to help us reach our goal.

Whilst we have set the goal as the total figure, and admittedly none of us in the family know how these fundraisers work, any amount raised would be greatly appreciated and contribute massively to laying Anita & Mum to rest in a beautiful place.

It is a truly lovely place for anyone to take a visit to spend time with Anita, and we extend the invite to all who wish to take a seat in the Garden and have a chat with her whenever they wish.

I hope everyone feels this is an appropriate way to spend any donation.
