Anishnabe Odinewin is a land-based language & culture camp that brings together Anishnabe children, youth, families, and educators to bring Anishnabe language, culture, teachings, and ceremony to their full restoratio. In Anishinaabemowin, Odinewin designates our language, our teachings, ceremonies and way of life. Since 2019, the camp took place in different locations throughout the thick forest of the Ottawa River Watershed, the territory of the Odishkwagamè Anishnabeg (People of the lakes & rivers).

Anishnabe Odinewin is an autonomous indigenous initiative that works without institutional funding. Your donations & support can help restore our language & cultural, including by building a permanent Community Center in La Vérendrye Wildlife Reserve.

Anishnabe Odinewin est un camp linguistique et culturel qui rassemble des enfants, des jeunes, des familles et des éducateurs anishnabés afin de restaurer la langue, la culture, les enseignements et les cérémonies anishnabés. En Anishinaabemowin, Odinewin désigne notre langue, nos enseignements, nos cérémonies et notre mode de vie. Depuis 2019, le camp a eu lieu à différents endroits dans l'épaisse forêt du bassin versant de la rivière des Outaouais, le territoire des Odishkwagamè Anishnabeg (peuple des lacs et des rivières).

Anishnabe Odinewin est une initiative autochtone autonome qui opère sans financement institutionnel. Vos dons et votre soutien peuvent aider à restaurer notre langue et notre culture, notamment en construisant un centre communautaire permanent sur notre territoire situé dans la réserve faunique de La Vérendrye.
