"Animal Terra" - stray dogs shelter

Hi! My name is Stanislav, but you can call me Stan. Nice to meet you! Now I live and work in Ireland, and my role in the shelter is to promote our activity on European media. Since we are a non-governmental organization and don't have any financial help from any source at the moment, we are surviving only with our salaries. So, this all our social media activity is not only to tell about our pets' stories but also to offer the possibility for people across the Europe to support our activity financially and, hopefully, to offer them the possibility to adopt our dogs, which is always worth a lot more than money. Our shelter's owner, Svetlana, is a great woman who works more than 10 hours per day every day to have the possibility to feed and heal every one of our tails, and we help her as much as we can. Our shelter is located in the Republic of Moldova, a small state in the East Europe. Even though it's a small country, we have a huge problem with stray dogs and cats and, the worst, with human brutality. Our shelter is a home for abandoned dogs we found on the streets. Most of them were found in a horrible condition, after being hit by a car or tortured by bad people. We also have a very regular practice in our country when someone doesn't need a dog anymore; they bring it to the highway outside of the big cities and throw them there to die. So a lot of dogs we have here were also found in the fields, on the highways, gas stations, and other uncrowded places. For now, we care for more than 150 dogs, and we also feed a couple of hundreds on the streets, some of them on a regular basis, some of them accidentally. Recently, a few guys from IT helped us create a website for our shelter. It should start working soon, and we will fill it with every dog's story so that everyone who wants to adopt them can read about any dog, how it was found, how it lives in our shelter, and its whole story. Anyway, the situation becomes worse every day because we are still saving many more dogs than people can adopt. For example, in the past year, we offered adoption for a few dozen dogs, but in the last two weeks, we brought 11 new dogs to the shelter. For example, our new dog Ray. Their owner thrown him and his brother from his car on the highway, where Ray was immediately hit by another car on the road.
Now he has surgery and has to recover after it for a couple of weeks in the vet hospital. After that, we will bring him to the shelter because we just don't have any other choices...
