Sanctuary Of Ohio animal rescue is a small nonprofit 5013c animal rescue and sanctuary specializing in Parrots & exotic birds while providing sanctuary to many other animals in need as well. Over the last several years we have worked tirelessly and moved mountains to build the perfect sanctuary for the animals in our care. After making countless sacrifices we had reached our goal and had begun building the new aviary and renovating the house on the property, We were three weeks from our move and the new sanctuary burned to the ground. The police have ruled the cause of the fire to be arson and unfortunately, our insurance will not cover arson. We have lost everything and the future of our animals and ourselves is uncertain at best.

Our goal is to be able to secure enough funds to get fencing for the new property and construct a building to house the animals in our care that are beyond rehabilitation and allow them to live out their lives in peace away from the horrors of their past abuse.
