Tangle-Free Animal Rescue Equipment & Ethical Training Program

Over the past few years, I’ve developed custom, tangle-free animal rescue bags designed to make rescues and medical procedures safer, calmer, and more humane for animals and rescuers alike. During lockdown, this equipment became a vital part of rescue work, and since then it has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined.

I now travel internationally, sharing this equipment and training rescuers, veterinarians, and organisations in its ethical and effective use, particularly during medical procedures and necessary rescues. Every piece of equipment is custom-made to suit the specific animals, environments, and needs of the countries I visit.

Why This Matters

Rescue work can be stressful and dangerous—for both animals and humans. The right equipment, used correctly, can:

• Reduce animal stress and injury

• Improve safety for rescuers and vets

• Support humane handling during medical care

• Create long-term, sustainable rescue practices

Sustainable, Local Production

All equipment is made in situ, meaning:

• Local machinists are employed

• Fabrics and metals are sourced from local suppliers

• Communities benefit economically

• Environmental impact is reduced

Sustainability is built into every step of this project.

Mexico & Beyond

Mexico is next on the journey. It’s a country that has shown me incredible kindness and support, and local organisations have already offered help and collaboration. Funds raised will cover:

• Flights

• Vehicle hire

• Accommodation

• Materials for locally produced rescue equipment

Once there, I will train organisations personally and donate the equipment directly to those who will use it responsibly and effectively.

Mexico is only the beginning. With enough support, this program will extend to multiple countries throughout the year.
