I've been an avid dog lover and enthusiast since I was a child. In the past few years, my family and I rescued and rehabilitated nine dogs. Although I will do everything in my power to continue saving these precious animals, I need the help of my community to do more. Individually saving animals off the street can only do so much. These abused and neglected animals need the ongoing support from community organizers and non-profits. If you don't have the time to volunteer at a shelter, or don't have the means to adopt, there is still a way you can give back to animals in need. I'm collecting money to donate to CARE-Free, which is an L.A. based organization that rehabilitates neglected animals.
