Help animals in need

Hi there, my name’s Beth and every year around my birthday I like to fundraise for a charity close to my heart, and this year I’ve picked Animal Aid in Coldstream.

I started volunteering in the cattery earlier this year and have seen how much work this amazing place does for so many animals and the community. I’ve seen cats that didn’t have much of a chance be transformed into healthy pets that get a second chance at life. In the last financial year 4,657 dogs, cats, birds and pocket pets went to loving homes.

All the staff and volunteers are amazing people, and while we all do as much as we can, funding is still much needed to keep saving lives. Every donation will be so greatly appreciated, even if it’s a couple of dollars. Part of the money raised will be used to purchase essentials items such as blankets, toys and treats for the kennel, and cat food for the cattery. The remaining amount will be given as a donation.

If you live within 5km of Croydon I will also be taking any donations of the above listed items, so if you have any treats your pet tried and didn’t like, or older blankets that are still in good condition please let me know and I can come and grab it!
