Please help Angus with his recovery journey

Donation protected
On Monday 25th July, Angus was airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital after falling 4 metres from scaffolding while at work. He fell, hit his head and suffered a traumatic brain injury and other injuries to his body.

After being airlifted to the hospital, the surgeons quickly started to operate on him to remove the haematoma that was growing and putting extreme pressure on his brain. His skull is also fractured in many areas starting from the top of his head, wrapping through his eye socket, and down his lower cheekbone.

The surgery saved his life. However, the doctors decided to keep him asleep for two days as they were uncertain about how he would wake up from this. When Angus woke up, his right side was weaker than his left side due to bruising on his brain. With his lungs and brain bruised, his family now faces another complication. Will Angus fully recover from this, and how will this affect the rest of his life?

His loved ones have been very strong and by his side however, due to the uncertainty of the situation and outcome, we wanted to start this fundraiser to remove any financial stress ahead of Angus and his family so he can heal peacefully.

For anyone that knows Angus knows how caring, funny and bright he is. He is such a loyal friend and has such a positive attitude that spreads through everyone he meets.

Thank you for your support in helping Angus get better on his road to recovery.

We will continue to send updates on his progress.
