Angry, Young, & Poor 2024! JULY 27 AND 28

Angry, Young, & Poor is an all ages free music festival held annually at Ester Community Park, just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. Angry, Young, & Poor has been held off and on since 2001, and is an iconic Fairbanks summer music event. In the interest of keeping art accessible and inclusive, no performers or organizers are paid to put the festival on— which is where community fundraising and donations come in!

Any money raised towards the festival goes to making t-shirts, paying for insurance of the event, paying for sound techs, and any leftover money will either be set aside for use next year or turned into something to give back to festivalgoers, like free food, free art installations/projects, or just more cool shit.
