Hi there. My name is Beckie. I am a stylist at Total Hair Care. I am raising money to help Angie pay for medical expenses and bills until she returns to the salon. Angie and I have been friends for 47 years. I have worked along side her for 10 plus years. Ang is one of the most compassionate, loving, giving and caring human beings I have ever had the pleasure to call my friend. She will always put others' needs before her own. She will go out of her way to help anyone she may think is in need. Ang is very active and present in her church. When you are a small business owner and a stylist we do not have the pleasure of short or long term disability insurance to guarantee an income in case of an accident. On Saturday evening on her way home from dropping her daughter off at a friends house traveling down Hwy K with her sidekick (dog) Mercy. Ang was hit head on by a 16 year old boy. The boy and his younger sister we safe and unharmed. However, Angie has suffered a Broken knee cap, Three broken Ribs, Four fractures to her spine and a broken wrist. She will have surgery on her wrist friday. This will put Ang out of work a minimum of 10 weeks. Anything at all you can donate will be greatly appreciated by Ang and her family.
