Angie Needs Our Support

Last week, single mom, teacher, coach, daughter, sister, friend, co-worker Angie Lenox heard the life-changing words that far too many women hear: “You have breast cancer.”

At only 42 years of age, Angie will be undergoing a double mastectomy, reconstruction, and treatment, along with the devastating financial burden that accompanies a serious illness and several weeks of recovery time.

Angie has always been a giver. You are having a baby? A birthday? A wedding? A potluck? A fund raiser? An event? She is always front and center planning, cooking, hosting, and helping. You are sick and need transport, groceries, prescriptions? She’s there. You need a shoulder? She’s there. You need encouragement? She’s there. You need a warrior at your back? She’s there.
