On 2/8/20, Angie Lott (my daughter) was in a very bad off road vehicle accident at King of Hammers. Their side by side tipped over and crushed her right (dominant) hand, which resulted in her having to be life flighted to Loma Linda Trauma Hospital. Upon her arrival, she was immediately rushed to surgery, where she had to have her middle, ring, and pinkie fingers amputated, along with a good portion of her palm as well. She spent a week in the hospital and had to go back on 2/21 for skin graft surgery, with the donor site being her upper right thigh.

Her recovery, to date, has been painful, but her remarkable "it is what it is" attitude, along with the outpouring of support from family and friends, have been the main contributors to her amazing progress. She still has a long road ahead, but she is an inspiration and will learn how to navigate this new path.

**The next step, which will happen in 2021, will be a prosthetic (which is NOT covered by insurance), which will enable her to get back to what she does best.... Work hard and live life to the fullest. No one deserves it more!!!

There are many things that we able-bodied people take for granted in our daily living, until something unforeseeable happens that takes away some of our abilities.

Angie is extremely active in her outdoor activities as well, and she is now obviously limited on what she can do. Her main goal is to be independent again because, until she gets a prosthetic, she is 100% dependent (which she HATES, as most of you know)!

In order to get the "discounted" price of $31,000, she will need to pay in full by the end of 2020.
