MCS Family,
As many of you have heard, our beloved ASP teacher, Angie Nakamoto, has been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. Angie has been a pillar of the MCS community for 7 years. Her deep love for the Lord is lavished upon our children daily, and now it is our turn to come together as a community and family in Christ to support her. My prayer is that we may be faithful and willing to help carry the financial burden of medical expenses facing the Nakamoto family.
To ensure Israel’s victory over the Amalekites, God instructed Moses to raise his staff into the air for the totality of the battle. When Moses’ hands began to tire, his friends came alongside him and held them up for him. May we be people who help strengthen those suffering around us.
We serve an all-powerful God who is able to heal. Please continue to pray for God’s comfort and healing over Angie.
