Angie Mcarver (Stivers) Multiple Myeloma Expenses

Hi everyone! My name is Lisa Jarry (Staggs) and I am writing this for my life-long friend, Angie McCarver (Stivers).

For those of you that know Angie, you know that she's funny, sweet, ambitious, and hard working (not to mention hard headed and stubborn ;)! She is also an AMAZING Mom and Nana to her girls and grand babies. BUT... what some of you may not know is that she was recently diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma Cancer. Multiple Myeloma is a cancer of plasma cells. The plasma cells are a type of white blood cell in the bone marrow. With this condition, a group of plasma cells becomes cancerous and multiplies. The disease can damage the bones, immune system, kidneys, and red blood cell count. So she is in for the fight of her life! Angie's already started undergoing treatments, which include chemo, radiation, and stem cell replacement surgeries. Not to mention the countless hospital stays and other medications and treatments that she'll be looking at in the near future. She has a lot of financial obligations in front of her. She's been off work for quite some time already and will continue to be off work for who knows how long. Like I mentioned, She has the fight of her life ahead of her and needs help. And if you know Angie, you know how proud she is, and would never ask for help on her own... that's why I'm asking for her. ALL MONIES COLLECTED, WILL GO STRAIGHT TO HER! So any help will be greatly appreciated!!! Lots and lots of prayers are also very much appreciated!
