Our niece, Angie (Goettl) Goldman, recently sustained serious injuries in an accident. She was airlifted to Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN, where she’s been being treated for a shattered hand. The injury to her hand has required multiple procedures already and due to extent of damage, she has lost 4 fingers on her right hand. She continues to undergo surgical procedures and will likely require a prosthesis. We’re extremely grateful to Angie’s doctors and medical team for all they are doing to treat her and help her move toward recovery. It will be a long recovery process for Angie. Her doctors have told her that she will need 6 months to recover, possibly longer before returning to work.
Angie has worked for the same company for 30 years. For these reasons, we are starting a Gofundme page to help raise money to assist with Angie’s medical expenses and extended leave from work while she recovers.
