MI nombre es Perla Angélica, aunque la mayoría me conoce como Angie. Tengo 31 años y soy de Monterrey, Nuevo León.

A principios de marzo de 2025 noté una pequeña bolita en mi pecho. Acudí a revisión y me dijeron que parecía estar bien delimitada y que todo era normal. Confié en ese diagnóstico y continué con mi vida.

Sin embargo, a finales de diciembre de 2025 comencé a presentar sangrado. Fue entonces cuando mi hermano me insistió en que me realizara estudios más profundos, ya que algo no estaba bien.

Yo pensaba que, en el peor de los casos, sería una pequeña cirugía por algo benigno… pero el resultado cambió mi vida por completo: fui diagnosticada con Cáncer de mama tipo Luminal B.

La doctora oncóloga me explicó que el primer paso era realizar una cirugía para extraer el tumor y posteriormente iniciar el tratamiento necesario, que puede incluir terapias adicionales. Este proceso no solo es física y emocionalmente difícil, sino también económicamente muy demandante ya que no cuento con seguro medico.

Por esta razón hoy recurro a su apoyo. Los fondos recaudados serán destinados a cubrir gastos médicos, estudios, cirugía, tratamientos, medicamentos y todo lo necesario para poder enfrentar esta batalla.

Hello, my name is Perla Angélica, although most people know me as Angie. I am 31 years old and I am from Monterrey, Nuevo León. At the beginning of March 2025, I noticed a small lump in my breast. I went for a check-up and was told that it appeared to be well-defined and that everything looked normal. I trusted that diagnosis and continued with my life. However, at the end of December 2025, I began experiencing bleeding. That was when my brother insisted that I undergo more in-depth tests, because something was not right. I thought that, at worst, it would be a minor surgery for something benign… but the result completely changed my life: I was diagnosed with Luminal B breast cancer. The oncologist explained that the first step would be surgery to remove the tumor, followed by the necessary treatment, which may include additional therapies. This process is not only physically and emotionally difficult, but also financially overwhelming, as I do not have medical insurance. For this reason, I am turning to you today for support. The funds raised will go toward covering medical expenses, tests, surgery, treatments, medications, and everything necessary to face this battle.
