First and foremost, thank you for taking time to visit this page on behalf of our family, but most importantly, my beloved father Chito. He is a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and brother. He is the perfect role model as a head of family. He is the most hardworking person I know and has always been a great provider for our family all his life. He is completely surrounded with love from family, friends and colleagues. To sum it all up, he is my hero.

On March 22, my dad went in to surgery for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor and thankfully, the operation was successful. Upon hospital discharge and almost a week into his recovery at home, that's when the series of unfortunate events began. He was getting worse by the day and was rushed to the ER on April 5. We learned that he had sepsis which caused an artery burst which in turn led to internal hemorrhage. As a result, he immediately suffered a stroke and little by little, his organs stopped functioning. He is in a very deep coma and CT scans and MRIs showed significant brain damage. EEG tests showed no brain activity as well. Our family had to make the hardest decision in our lives, life support removal to allow natural death. It's only a matter of time now until his passing...
