Hi everyone, my name is Angel, I'm a trans nonbinary person living in Berkeley, CA, and a former student at UC Berkeley, hoping to secure housing. Due to financial setbacks, I have had to pivot from securing my medical transition and education to solely focus on securing housing. I am choosing to remain in the East Bay so that I can continue saving up money in the hopes of going back to school.
I have some funds saved for emergencies, but not enough to pay for rent sustainably. I am reaching out for community support to help alleviate the cost of rent. I am blessed to be both employed and housed currently, but I would be deeply grateful for additional assistance to sustain my survival.
