Aloha family and friends of Sam Ng! Sam is our “Superman”. Sam is a wonderful husband and father. Sam is a wonderful son and brother! Sam is a wonderful friend! These are all words that are said by everyone that knows him!
In June 2017, Sam was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma, that started in the nasal sinuses. Sam fought hard to battle this cancer, but it has now reached a point where he is now seeking peace and being pain-free. In the past few weeks, this cancer has spread quite rapidly. His wife Traci has been at his side every day since the beginning of this battle, and they also have awesome support from Sam’s sister Julie, brother Tom, and from other wonderful family and friends.
As how many of you feel, my heart hurts for them. I was Traci’s maid of honor, but most importantly, we are like sisters. And when I first met Sam, I knew that he was “the one” for her! I love how he would look at her… to him, Traci is the most beautiful woman in the world! I have never seen her so happy.
After their wedding, Sam became like an overprotective older brother to me. We have all vacationed together at least once a year since 2006, and sometimes 2x a year! I have always looked forward to our vacations and am sad when they go back home.
As Sam is on his way in finding peace, please feel free to share your memories and words of love to him and his family. This funds page has been opened for the many Angels of Sam’s to help his family ease his costs for care, as well as the costs for events to come. Sam will be missed by a lot of people, but what we all want most for him is to have no more pain.
